Kydex Holsters
Kydex is a synthetic thermoplastic material that is widely used in the gun holster market. In addition to Kydex holsters, other applications for this material include airplane interiors, food processing equipment, electrical components, medical products, and store fixture components. Kydex is typically produced in sheets of varying thickness and color, which are then cut and formed. Kydex sheet products are extremely durable thermoplastic alloys. The sheets are non-porous and are easily molded into the desired shape by heating, forming, and cooling the material.
